"Excellent" condition means that the vehicle looks practically brand new and is in top mechanical condition. To be considered excellent the vehicle should have no dings or scratches and be entirely free of rust. The interior should be free of stains and visible wear. The engine compartment should be reasonably clean. There should be no fluid leaks and the vehicle should also have complete service records. Tires should have substantial tread left. A very small percentage of used vehicles actually fit these criteria.
